no sound for all speakers

i am using creative SBS A 500 speakers
but only 2 speakers are working rest of the 3 speakers does not work. I am using windows 7

youtube and most other online streaming, music as well as windows sounds are stereo only which means that is completely normal.

if you are playing a surround sound source and are sure of it then check your windows sound settings to make sure your speakers are set up correctly and not as a 2.1
