No sound on computer

Trying to get sound from my studio xps 8100 to my visio hdmi tv

Hi,

Make sure that the default playback device is also set to HDMI.
- Right click on the speaker icon on the bottom right hand corner and select Playback Device.
- Look for HDMI audio device right click on it and select Set as Default.
- Click Apply and OK
- Test the sound again.
