No sound on TV

Hello, I have no sound on my TV bit I do have sound when watching a DVD. I have rebooted the cable box and removed HDMI cable and plugged it back in. Still no sound

Have you tried moving the HDMI imputs? If the sound moves with the input, i'd guess you have a bad cable box. you can also try running audio cables from the cable box into a temp source, just to see.
