is it possible to somehow connect a TV to a Projector if the TV has no Video Output? would HDMI from TV to HDMI slot to Projector do anything to project the image?

Solution
No, that would not work.

If you are using an external tuner or playback device, you can get a HDMI splitter like this: https://www.amazon.com/HD-102-Powered-Splitter-Certified-Support/dp/B005HXFARS/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1483128739&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=hdmi+splitter&psc=1

If you are using the internal tuner on the TV, then you'd have to have a specialized TV to have an output. I have heard of them, for presentations, but they are extremely expensive. It is actually cheaper to go with an external tuner and a splitter.
