Solved! No volume Bose

I have a Samsung DLP with a Bose 321, Samsung Blu-ray, Fios Cable, recently purchased a Firestick to stream Amazon movies. I have a HDMI switch to assist with the HDMI cables, I connected all the HDMI cables to the switch, the switch to the TV, the Bose has a HDMI and Optical cable to the TV . When I went to play a movie from the Firestick, there was video but the sound was from the cable tv. I tried using the switch to change imputs but this did nothing, same problem. Very frustrating, Bose could not help with the issue, I can't figure out why the cable tv comes over the Bose while trying to watch the Firestick. Please help...…… Thank you very much.

First thing I would check is get rid of that HDMI switch and connect things directly to the TV using different HDMI ports.

Thank you, I will try that, I only have 3 HDMI ports though, would have to disconnect something else.

Thank you, I have 3 DMI ports with 4 HDMI devices, I will try it and maybe disconnect one and see if it works.
