Noise from laptop

Hello,

I heard a noise from my HP laptop from the power point. It sounded like there was a loose screw in it and I do not no what to do to stop the noise from continuing. When i tilt the laptop to one side, the noise increases. Please I really do need help on this.

Loose screws generally don't make noise. Is there a fan near the power connector or something? Is the noise continuous?
