Nokia Battery on Evertek

Hi
i ve received my old phone evertek e20 but i ve founded a nokia Battery installed on it
both batterys have the same Power and voltage both (3.7v) and the phone works until now fine
is it risky to stay with Nokia battery or i should buy another battery ??

It's fine to stay with the Nokia Battery, as a matter of fact the phone is better off with the Nokia Battery than it was with the original battery.
