non of the speakers r working how can u solve it?

Philips hts2500/12 dvd home theater

If none of the speakers work will playing a DVD then the main unit is bad. Get a new HTS.
If the DVD makes sound but the external sources don't then check that connection to make sure it's plugged in an active as it was before.
