My laptop has gone through a repair and technician has told me that laptop was facing blue screen error (Laptop was restarting on its own, and the heat was above 50-60¤C),

Technician has informed me that the issue was with the chipset, He asked me to buy a cooling pad.

He did not even clean the laptop fan and other things, when questioned he said it was not part of the repair, on the top of that he has very bad memory.

Quick Specs:

Kindly, suggest me and thanks in advance.

If these are the temps while gaming, you don't have to worry as the max temp is 85. If this is idle you could try using a lower power profile when you are using it normally. Another things you can do is to get rid of as many background processes as possible. You can buy a laptop cooler if you want as well.

Thank you for suggestions.

1. I never play games on this laptop.
2. While I'm using it for work, the temperature is going above 60 degrees.

That's new but i have reinstalled my OS and the temperature is now normal for time being.

Coming to the Cooling Pad, i will definitely look for a latest cooling pad .
