Question Not able to connect on wifi during hard reset

I did factory reset in my phone and during factory reset I need to connect to WiFi to continue my factory rest but m not able to connect to WiFi via hotspot of oder phone😟😟😣

Are you not presented with an option to select a wireless network and enter the password for it?

What make/model phone are you referring to?

No, it's not apearring n when I add network also it's not working.. My phone is galaxy j6

Exactly what do you mean by not able to connect? At what point does it fail? Any error message? Did you try a standard WiFi signal not a hotspot? I would do that first.
