Not able to turn on caps lock on asus laptop keyboard

keyboard function properly except the caps lock not able to turn on and off but able to do it on on-screen keyboard

Have you tried checking the keyboard to make sure nothing has gotten in it? Also, you might want to try updating the drivers for the keyboard.
