Notebook For School and simple Gaming under 450€

i am searching for a good and fast notebook for school and simple gaming
what i mean with simple gaming is that i just wanna play csgo on medium or low settings with some like 40 fps but i need a fast one for web surfing maybe streaming
And this all fkr under 450€
