Notebook purchase - 1500 PLN (~400 USD)

Hello, I'm from Poland and I wanted to buy a notebook. Didn't see a notebook section so wanted to ask here.

It's for my girlfriend. I wanted to spend around 1500 PLN which is close to 400 USD.
The notebook has to be white color.
Its purpose should be documents, movies, browsing, skype. As long as these run smoothly I'm satisfied.
Would prefer for it to be rather small. Can be a notebook or a tablet+keyboard (2 in 1).

Always asking on Tom's Hardware whenever I buy something so hopefully You can help this time as well.
