charger is fine as i try it on my other device but nothing appears on the screen on my samsung galaxy tab 3 10.1 when i charge it.. I tried everything i read on the solutions but still nothing happens.. one time it was on saying it just recovered from a problem and i choose reboot device and it went off again.. please help..

This points to a hardware issue, you can have the port looked at but likely the system board is bad since you had the other error.
