Solved! Nothing is happening

Recently bought a second LG Zone 4 to mainly use as family & friends device as one on now for working, dropped it off a 6 foot high deck accidentally & it won't turn on or show that it's charging or vibrate when plugged to charge, but my backup battery stays on so it's charging, only 3 weeks old, any answers?

You would have to have it looked at by someone as it likely damaged either the display (even if you can't see any cracks) or some internal hardware. Alas, since it was dropped, it is likely no longer covered by the warranty, so it will cost you to get it worked on.
