Solved! numerical keypad asus

Hi
I have an ASUS Zenbook 14 with numerical key
pad. I can't turn it off no matter how many
times I press it on the top right corner.

do you wanna turn off the keypad or the zenbook itself?

Are all drivers installed from the ASUS support homepage?

Update the firmware of the touchpad (below all the BIOS updates) with AC plugged in, and be sure not to touch the touchpad while updating:
