Nv5329 gateway disk read error

The laptop will go into bios, but cannot get into safe mode or access anything internally, Trinity rescue kit will run but both that and the recovery disks stall out. Started shortly after installing windows 10. Any ideas what it could be or if the system can be wiped to start again?

Did you successfully complete the Windows 10 upgrade, and activate it as it connected to the internet? If so, then you can safely clean install Windows 10. Download the Windows media creation tool here:

https/www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Use it to create a USB or DVD installer for Windows 10. Use the newly created installation media to perform a Custom installation over the existing OS. As you have successfully upgraded already, Windows 10 will automatically self-activate after installation upon connecting to the Internet.
