Nvidia Control Pannel not opening

I have a Dell Inspiron 14 7447 with GTX 850M.
When ever i try to open the control panel nothing happens. Please help.

(CTRL+ALT+DEL) Press those at the same time & it should open up Task Manager just find Nvidia's Control Panel, right click on it and end the task.
Once you've done that try opening it up again.
