Nvidia shield tablet LTE no lollipop update?

I got the Nvidia shield tablet LTE around the beginning of the year. Recently Nvidia said that they have released the lollipop update to the shield tablet and they have released the free half life games from the green box bundle as well. However, it has been quite a while now and I haven't gotten the lollipop update yet as well as the free half life games. I can't find any one else with this problem and it is really bugging me. Please help.

I think the update is only for the recently updated version of the tablet that uses the Tegra K1 processor. If the one you have is the previous iteration, I don't think you are getting the Lollipop update yet.
