Nvidia Shield Tablet: Worth it?

Simple question, Nvidia Shield Tablet: Worth it or not?
Please explain why it's worth to buy or not worth to buy. PROs & CONs are welcome

I have heard good reviews about it and the only thing that may vary is the gamestream ability from the grid. Other than that, it sounds like a good tablet, good screen, good gpu and cpu, sufficient amount of memory. The only thing i would say is it uses a 32 bit os and there have been some rumours that a 64 bit chip may come later.
