OBS settings I5 4460k and GTX 760

What is the best recommended settings for OBS with theses specs:
When i stream League Of Legends runs at 120 but when i play it, it doesn't feel like 120 fps... it feels like 60 or whatever it feels lower than it shows.

8GB RAM
Intel I5 4460k
GTX 760
Internet speed: Download 20mbps, Upload 6mbps

Your FPS is fine, but it's latency that makes it feel like that.

The 4690K isn't exactly great for streaming, so only expec to do 720P without hardware acceleration.
