Old slow CPU's FWIW look for a single CPU 4 core AMD Phenom II x4 or FX 4 or 6 core or an Intel core i 3rd or 4th gen i3 or i5 all of these including a modern Pentuum are much faster than those antique CPU's strapped together .
A single Amd Athlon II X4 640 will easily outperform those two ancient Opterons together for content /office and gaming use .
The 2 quatro FX 4500 wont even play sim city they are below bottom feeders even in 2005 that computer is probably worth $ 25.00 US and you generally cant upgrade those ancient servers and workstations anyway even if you could find some ancient parts for them .
