Ok i was installing linux on my laptop and screwed up now it says no bootable device... Acer aspire one

Solution
The fix for it is to install an operating system properly. See if you can do a factory restore on the system, but you could have wiped the recovery partition out when you did whatever you did when trying to install Linux. If you did, you will either need to run the Linux setup again or re-install Windows clean.
