Old MacBook makeover

I recently found a way to get an old working black MacBook for a trade and I was looking at the specs and saw that they were terrible and since I was in the market for a good gaming laptop, could I gut the entire MacBook and replace the parts with new and good parts. P.S I really like the way that MacBooks look so that's why I chose that

You couldn't do that. If you bought a new logic board with gaming grade components, none of the ports would line up, and the whole thing just wouldn't fit together. Buy a gaming laptop instead.
