Copper pipe of heatsink has hairline crack.
The part -old or new -not available in India.
Suggest any alternative.

If you can solder, you could very carefully drop a line over the crack. If not, find a repairer who can.

Don't run the machine until that's fixed because overheating is a terminal illness for a laptop.
