On and Off Charge

HI, I was just wondering what is happening with my phone charging. I used multiple power chords and tried different outlets but I unfortunately cannot hold a charge. What happens is as soon as i plug in the chord, my phone starts screaming like a truck backing up, constantly going between charging and please plug in your charger. The only was I can stop it at the moment is by wrapping the chord vertically around the device so the chord is tight i guess... Does anybody know what I can do?

Change the charger.

I have multiple charging chords that I have been using and I even bought a new one but same thing. They all work perfectly in the other phone just not the galaxy s 3 recently for some reason
