One-pixel lines on my toshiba satellite laptop

I have One-pixel lines on my toshiba satellite laptop. They cover all the screen except the top 1 inch. Please see the images below and I would appreciate any possible help/explainatio of what is happening..

If your laptop is still under warranty, you might want to get it repaired. It looks like your panel is going bad.
