Onkyo TA-RW255 torubles

Hello,
ONKYO TA-RW255 dual cassette deck will only play on the left side. On the right side it will play,fast forward and rewind for a few seconds before shutting off. It has one counter for both sides and the counter works for the left deck but does not on the right deck. The music does play on the right side for the few seconds that it plays

The belts are worn out.
