Only hdmi 3 is popping up when I press input on my remote how do i get to hdmi 1 and 2

Are HDMI #1 and #2 actually populated on the TV? (ie is something connected to them?)

Some TVs will only show the 'active' HDMI inputs..... ie something attached to the port.

You also want to make sure that the device is turned on. I have a Sharp 4K smart TV, and I had 4 HDMI ports, but can only use the one for Chromecast. My PS4 is usually powered off, so it will not detect it.

if nothing is plugged into those HDMI ports or the device connected to those ports is not on then they will not show up
