I know it's a way to get encrypted tunneling and a proxy
IP.
I've installed the windows GUI.
From that point I don't know what to do.
I've watched videos about openvpn, and they say that config files must be
pasted into the config folder.
Where do I get the cinfig files?
Do you buy them, or where are they?
