Recently bought one of these
http/www.monitoraudio.co.uk/products/airstream/s300
with the aim of having it outdoors. It's on a keyhole bracket so can be un/mounted in about 5 seconds. No battery so it has to be wired.
Until now it's been inside, and with the curtains up to kill the echo, it sounds great.
Problem is, now it's outside it sounds TERRIBLE.
The sound stage is almost too wide, which is fine, but I think I could get more bass from my phone and a paper cup.
The speaker is ~2.5m high and faces a glass door/wall ~5.5m wide, and ~3m away. The other 3 surfaces are open.
Any ideas as to what I can do for more bass?
This thing is a little monster, but my little battery powered Bose is thrashing it, purely because I can place it anywhere.
