Solved! Outlook 2003 command line switch to return to Normal mode from Safe mode

I have a legacy Outlook 2003 running on WinXP. I mistakenly tried to send an email w/ >25MB file attached and it got hopelessly stuck in the Outbox.

A solution was to put Outlook 2003 in Safe mode via command line:

Outlook /safe

I got the stuck email deleted !!

Now I simply want to know the command switch to UNdo this (convert back to Normal).
I have searched many sites but this switch is not specified.

Please help.

remove the switch(/safe) from the command line.
