Outlook not sending emails to recipients (no errors)

Guys, I have the following issue. I have a customer that has Outlook from Office 365. She is running Windows 7 operating system. From within Outlook, when I send test emails to myself, they show up in her sent emails but do not come through on my end or any email addresses I tested while on site. No bounce back messages.

I tried creating a new Outlook profile, but still same issue once it is created.

Logged into her webmail through Comcast provider and the sent messages through the webmail get delivered to recipient.

Checked Outlook for updates.

Windows is updated.

Checked the SMTP settings, all looking good.

Please let me know of anything I could be missing.
