Output audio going into the input

So I'm having this issue when I connect my HyperX Cloud to the front / rear panel. The output sound somehow can be heard by my friends in skype / teamspeak. I have an MSI motherboard with Sound Blaster Cinema 2 , Realtek HD Audio ( latest ). I have no idea on how to fix this as it gets annoying. They can hear all in-game sounds and music.

What do you have set as your sound source in Skype/teamspeak?
If they are hearing it muffled, then it could also be that your mic is picking up the sound from headphones.

I have speakers ( Realtek High Definition Audio) as speakers and default mic from the headset. They can hear it even if I have it on low volume, I was also thinking it was just sound leak but it's not it
