Question Output to amp back to input of speaker?!?!?

Is it possible to run output from a sony party speaker to amp for input and back to the speaker for output lol? I have a homemade box with truck speakers working already but id like to get more out of the speaker itself. Thanks in advance ive attached photos if u follow the link
