$200? That's a bit too much. It's got a Tegra 4, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB flash. They should have an entry-level model for $150. A $200 variant should come with a lot more internal storage. Either way, not my cup of tea but at least it has access to most Play Store games.

Personally if I wanted a multipurpose machine attached to my TV (other than a console) I'd put that $200 towards an ITX AMD APU-powered system. It'd be a little more expensive but quite a bit more powerful and flexible, especially if you factor in Bluestacks.

Ouya had such initial promise, and if they had focused on media streaming first and games second.
I've rooted and flashed mine and its still totally underwhelming.

Hope MadCatz does something to set itself apart and it becomes a pretty good media center first and half decent gaming console second.
