Is there any way to over clock my i5-3337u and the manufacturing of laptop is done by Sony so bios doesn't have the option to over clock and even the intel XTU any other method will be greatly appreciated.

There *may* be options available at a software level (or custom BIOS etc), but I would implore you to stay away from those.

Laptops generally run pretty warm - pushing the thermal limits available with their housings & cooling systems.
There's very little chance there's any thermal headroom available to OC.

You may be able to flash your bios to something that will let you overclock. if you try that, back everything up and be prepared to brick something. Aside from this, XTU doesn't look like it supports your CPU
