Overclocking dell d830

I recently bought used Dell D830 with C2D 2 Ghz proc and I'd like to know if I could OC it?

Any info will be appreciated and welcome. If someone got a link to a page or some kind of instruction manual how to OC it, please let me know.

It isn't a good idea, because so much can go wrong, from burned out psu, to overheated computer...
