Overclocking with AI Suite III

I've never use AI Suite 3 before, but will the system stable if I use it to overclock my system? Or should I do it manually in bios, I don't wanna do it thru bios because it takes so much time. Hopefully the 5 way optimization will do the work just fine.

No do it from bios. ai suit will feed d cpu with too much voltages, which wil result in high cpu temps, ultimately reducing stability and cpu lifespan. Never use auto oc softwares like ai suit, if u value ur pc hardware.
