Overheating laptop? Bad design?

You mention the Inspiron 13 heating up to 103 degrees after only 15 mins of streaming.. Will that damage the laptop, over time? I plan to use audio editing software which will fully utilize the processors and no doubt heat it more than that. I was planning on buying until I read that

If that laptop is heating up to over 100 degrees, then it has a serious issue somewhere. What kind of laptop is this? Does it do this when you have the AC adapter plugged in and unplugged?

Not surprised in the least. The smaller the case, the harder it is to keep it cool.
