Overheating? My laptop runs 64°C at web browsing.

Laptop: Acer Aspire 4755G
Specs: i5-2430m 2.4GHz , Nvidia GT 540M 2gb , 750GB HDD , 8GB DDR3 Ram
Laptop cooler
Country: Singapore

Problems:
It temp at 64°C to 74°C during web browsing.
During heavy gaming it temp will rise to 70°C to 90°C
I had bought this laptop on 2011 and I had not open the laptop before. I also found out that the performance during gaming of this laptop drops a lot compared to last time.

Anyone can help me to solve the problem? Thank You
