My brother has a laptoop from packard Bell Model Easynote Tm82 ,It was fine till he tried to reset the memory again , some thing burned out , I am not sure where it is located on the main board , as my brother told me
Now, when I try to power on the Laptop on , a white screen appears for one second on the LCD Display then returned to black.
I am able to run the laptop on external display and it boots fine , I changed another laptop display and display cable , nothing change .
would you please support me how to fix this problem
