Solved! Packard bell easynote TV34h hard disk wont boot

So my moms packard bell tv34h wont turn on i changed the charger still nothing then i put the hdd into other pc and it put me into windows repair after repair windows wont boot. Any fix? There are important pictures

You can copy the files out of the drive using an external enclosure. You won't be able to just swap it as a boot drive in another system, it will not work most of the time.
