Pairing Bluetooth Headphones with Bluetooth transmitter/eceiver

(Apologies if this is in the wrong area of the forum)

Just got a pair of August EP650 headphones and am trying to pair with a JETech Bluetooth transmitter/receiver. Ideally I want to use this set-up to listen to an HDTV (non-bluetooth) and an analogue stereo.

Neither device has an interface to allow me to select the other. I was told that entering the 'pairing' function on each device would enable this but after many (many!) hours of trying I have had no success.

I'd appreciate any advice on this.

You can only use the transmitter made by august, the MR250. Other transmitters wont be able to read that 650s in pairing
mode.
