Palmpreplus no sound

I dropped my palmpre plus and now I can't hear anything unless I use headphones. Can I fix this easily oris it broken?

Depends on what you mean by "easily". You'll need to crack open the phone and check all the connections to the speaker, possibly something cracked or came undone when you dropped it.
