Panasonic TC-P55GT31 will not turn on

It sends a red on light code of 7 flashes, and continually repeats same code. What does this indicate? (so I can tell the Tech before he comes out).

This You Tube video shows exactly what my problem was: https/www.youtube.com/watch?v=d2gJt8pLFWk . Had a tech come out for $125 to confirm the problem, than another $125 a few days later to swap out the board for a re-built one costing $250. Problem solved. Tech suggested heat build-up over time finally caused the several devices to go bad. So n ow I won't leave mine on to play music or watch the fireplace video on Comcast at Xmas anymore!!
