panasonic tv lights blinking

When it is switched on the green light blinks as if starting but soon the red light starts blinking after a flash on the screen . It was purchased 6 years back .The led model is 32inch viera.L32D25 invoice no 110 dated 23/04/2012 Roshan enterprise Gurdaspur
