Panasonic viera red light blinks more than 20 times and it doesn't turn on even after I just installed a new mpf6904a motherbo

I just installed a new mpf6904a motherboard in my Panasonic viera flat screen TV and the red light stays on or stays blinking.. But no picture is showing.
