Parallel Connecting Speakers

Hello,
My Q is how do you parallel connect 2 two way cabinets that have 12" woofer and horn in each. they are rated at 8 Ohms each and do they then devide the stated wattage between them

If you connect the speakers in parallel, the impedance will drop to 4 Ohms. Therefore your amp must be set to 4 ohms, if your Amp has this (4 ohms - 8 ohms) written at the back where the terminal speakers need to connect then you are fine. If not, then be careful on cranking that Amp or else it’ll clip on you and you might lose both Amp and the speakers.

Sound radiation of the speakers ofcourse increase but it will only deliver what the amp is capable of.
