Pass HDMI video through media PC to use Hue Sync with consoles

I recently assembled a media PC next to my TV in order to host my Emby library and other server things, and so that I could sync movies to my Philips Hue system by watching stuff on the PC instead of the Roku. However I'd like if I could also possibly sync to my game consoles by passing their HDMI signal into the PC and back out, and display the video to my PC's screen to read it with Hue Sync. Is there any way to achieve this?

Bonus: Also have it convert the audio over HDMI to DTS, as my Nintendo Switch only outputs surround sound in PCM and not Dolby, so when my TV converts the signal to the sound receiver, it converts it to Dolby 2 channel instead of Dolby 6 channel
